SM0500 SM1000 Series Datasheet
This line of ‘MELF’ high power PIN diodes are hermetically sealed surface mount packaged devices with full face bonded chips for low inductance construction. The MELF ceramic package has square end terminations which are ideal for surface mount and pick and place operations. The PIN diode chips are coated with a special hard glass passivation which is required for high power applications and to enhance the reliability resulting in MTBFs of greater than one million hours.

SMBG2K/SMBJ2K Datasheet The SMBJ2K3.0-5.0 or SMBG2K3.0-5.0 series of surface mount 2000 Watt unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVSs) provide low voltage transient protection in a Working Standoff Voltage (VWM) selections from 3.0 to 5.0 volts. Response time of clamping action is virtually instantaneous and may also be used for protection from ESD or EFT per IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-4, or for inductive switching environments and induced RF. They can also be used for protecting other sensitive components from secondary lightning effects per IEC61000-4-5 and class levels defined herein. Microsemi also offers numerous other TVS products to meet higher and lower power demands and special applications. SMBG5913B ‰ÛÒ SMBG5956B Datasheet
The SMBG5913B - SMBG5956B series of surface mount 2.0 watt Zeners provides a selection from 3.3 to 200 volts with different tolerance options available. This series is equivalent to the JEDEC registered 1N5913 thru 1N5956 series with identical electrical characteristics except these are rated at 2.0 W instead of 1.5 W with the lower thermal resistance features of the surface mount packaging. Its featured Gull-wing design in the DO-215AA package is ideal for visible solder connections. It is also available as RoHS compliant with an e3 suffix. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power applications.
