Overview
Microsemi’s sub-GHz RF transceivers are optimized to achieve the lowest power consumption in wireless-sensor applications, with under 10nA of sleep current . In addition to extremely low sleep and TX/RX currents, our RF transceivers are also highly integrated and offered in very small packages requiring only a few external components. Operating in the unlicensed frequency bands between 779 MHz and 965 MHz, our products can be deployed worldwide. Our transceivers include our Z-Star protocol and advanced MAC functions.
