EMXO
Evacuated Miniature Crystal Oscillator
Overview
Microsemi's EMXO portfolio is a unique technology that heats the crystal resonator in a vacuum to minimize power dissipation. EMXOs are ideal for applications demanding stabilities on the order of 1E-8 in small form factors and limited power availability. With their ruggedized design, EMXOs are used in applications ranging from battery-powered radio applications, seismic exploration, and deep space missions.
