ZL70101 (not for new designs)
Overview
The ZL70101 is not recommended for new designs. Please see our new Implantable Medical Transceivers. Existing ZL70101 customers may access additional information and resources on our privileged site. The privileged site requires registration and validation.
The ZL70101 is a high-performance, half-duplex, RF communications link for medical implantable applications. The system is very flexible and supports several low power wake-up options. Extremely low power is achievable using the 2.45-GHz ISM-band wake-up receiver option. The ZL70101 is available in three package options:
- ZL70101LDG1: RF transceiver in 48-pin QFN package for evaluation (not available in volume)
- ZL70101LDG1A: RF transceiver in 48-pin QFN package for base station applications
- ZL70101UBJ: RF transceiver in bare die package for implant applications
