The LX13088A is a highly integrated dual output voltage regulator ideal for low power applications that require minimal board space.
The LX13088A has two step-down converters that operate at 1.3MHz fixed switching frequency.
FEATURES:
• Outputs Can Be Set From 1V to 3.6V @ 1A, VIN dependent
• 3.0V to 5.5V operating input voltage range
• No rectifier diode required
• 1.3MHz switching
• 180° phase shifted switching
• Optional external clocking (2x clock required)
• Light load pulse skipping
• Enable/Sleep state
• Internal Soft Start
• Open-drain Power On Reset monitors input and output
• Discharge before turn-on
• Peak Over-Current protection
• Short Circuit Protection
• Over Temperature Shutdown

LX2750 Datasheet
The LX2750 controller IC is a compact synchronousBuck controller IC with 16 lead MLPQ package de-signed for step-down DC to DC converter applications.Selectable feedforward voltage mode control or con-stant on time control provides fast dynamic response.Selectable diode emulation mode greatly improves thelight load efficiency. The LX2750 controller is optimizedto convert single supply 12V bus voltage to as low as0.8V output voltage. An internal regulator converts busvoltage to 5V, which provides voltage supply to inter-nal logic and driver circuit. The LX2750 employs pro-grammable loss-less current limiting by sensing theRdson of synchronous MOSFET followed by hiccupfeature. Feedback under voltage also triggers hiccup.Internal UVLO keeps the controller off until the bussupply voltage exceeds 9V where internal digital softstarts get initiated to ramp up output. The LX2750 employs NMOS LDO controller. Other features include:5V gate drive for HDRV signal, 12V gate drive for LDRVsignal, programmable frequency, adaptive deadband control.
