The popular 1N941UR-1 thru 1N945BUR-1 series of Zero-TC Reference Diodes provides a selection of 11.7 V nominal voltages and temperature coefficients to as low as 0.0002 %/^oC for minimal voltage change with temperature when operated at 7.5 mA.  Some of these glass, DO-213AA reference diodes are also available in JAN, JANTX, JANTXV and JANS military qualifications.  Standard commercial grade RoHS compliant versions are also avialable with the "e3" suffix.  Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener Reference Diode products for a variety of other voltages from 6.2 V to 200 V.

This popular 1N914UR JEDEC registered switching/signal diode features internal metallurgical bonded construction for military grade products per MIL-PRF-19500/116.  Previously listed as a CDLL914 this small low capacitance diode, with very fast switching speeds, is hermetically sealed and bonded into a double-plug DO-213AA package.  It may be used in a variety of very high speed applications including switchers, detectors, transient OR'ing, logic arrays, blocking, as well as low-capacitance steering diodes, etc.  Microsemi also offers a variety of other switching/signal diodes.

This series of voidless-hermetically-sealed unidirectional low-capacitance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) designs are ideal for protecting higher frequency applications in high-reliability applications where a failure cannot be tolerated. They include a unique rectifier diode in series and opposite direction from the TVS to achieve a very low capacitance of 4 pF. This product series provides a working peak “standoff” voltage selection from 6.8 to 170 volts with 150 watt ratings. They are very robust in hard-glass construction and also use an internal metallurgical bond identified as Category 1 for high reliability applications. These devices are also available in axial leaded packages for thru-hole mounting.
