SD61A Datasheet
This “fast recovery” rectifier diode series is ideal for high-reliability applications where a failure cannot be tolerated. These industry-recognized 3.0 Amp rated rectifiers for working peak reverse voltages from 100 to 600 volts are hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction using an internal “Category I” metallurgical bond. These devices are also available in military qualified axial-leaded packages by deleting the “US” suffix. Microsemi also offers numerous other rectifier products to meet higher and lower current ratings with various recovery time speed requirements including fast and ultrafast device types in both through-hole and surface mount packages.

SD70A Datasheet
The 1N5518BUR-1 thru 1N5546BUR-1 series of 0.5 watt glass surface mount Zener voltage regulators provides a selection from 3.3 to 33 volts in standard 5% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These have an internal-metallurgical-bond option as identified by the “–1” suffix. This internally bonded Zener package construction is also in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power applications.

The HSMBJLCR60 low capacitance rectifier is used in parallel applications with a low-capacitance transient voltage suppressor (TVS) such as the HSMBJSAC5.0-50 series for unidirectional applications as shown in Figure 4. It is rated for 44 Amp forward surges to compliment this 500 Watt TVS series and also provide a low capacitance and a low forward (VF) voltage with fast response time. The low capacitance rating of 30 pF when used in parallel to the HSMBJSAC series will result in a total capacitance of 60 pF or less at zero volts for protecting higher frequency applications from inductive switching threats or electrical systems involving secondary lightning effects per IEC61000-4-5 as well as RTCA/DO-160D or ARINC 429 for airborne avionics. The 1EZ110D5 thru 1EZ200D5 series of axial-leaded 1.0 watt Zeners provides voltage regulation selections with 5% tolerances from 110 to 200 volts in a DO-41 plastic package size. Other Zener voltage tolerances are also available by changing the suffix number to the tolerance desired such as 1 and 2 for tighter tolerances or 10 for wider tolerance. These plastic encapsulated Zeners have moisture classification of Level 1 with no dry pack required and are also available in various military equivalent screening levels by adding a prefix identifier as also described in the Features section. The SM16Z4689 is designed for supplying the 5 volt bias at 50 ?A for hex attenuator driver components. These provide the controlling voltage for 6-bit digital GaAs attenuators such as the Hittite HMC424LP3. This low current, 50 ?A 5.1V zener array provides the necessary bias for the High State, 4.2 – 5.0 V, conditions when it triggers the associated driver. The HEX-RegTM voltage regulator array is supplied in the SO-16 package with two spare diodes for applications requiring up to eight diodes. A suggested driver circuit in figure 1 illustrates one of the six inputs to a 6-bit attenuator.
