The popular 1N821 thru 1N829A series of Zero-TC Reference Diodes provides a selection of both 6.2 V and 6.55 V nominal voltages and temperature coefficients to as low as 0.0005%/oC for minimal voltage change with temperature when operated at 7.5 mA. These glass axial-leaded DO-35 reference diodes are optionally available with an internal-metallurgical-bond by adding a “-1” suffix. This type of bonded Zener package construction is also available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener Reference Diode products for a variety of other voltages up to 200 V.

The popular 1N935 thru 1N940B series of Zero-TC Reference Diodes provides a selection of 9.0 V nominal voltages and temperature coefficients to as low as 0.0002%/oC for minimal voltage change with temperature when operated at 7.5 mA. These glass axial-leaded DO-7 reference diodes are also available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. For commercial applications it is also available as RoHS Compliant with an e3 suffix (not applicable to military). Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener Reference Diode products for a variety of other voltages from 6.2 V to 200 V.

This “standard recovery” rectifier diode series is military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/228 and is ideal for high-reliability applications where a failure cannot be tolerated. These industry-recognized 1.0 Amp rated rectifiers for working peak reverse voltages from 200 to 1000 volts are hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction using an internal “Category I” metallurgical bond. These devices are similar in ratings to the 1N5614 thru 1N5622 series where surface mount MELF package configurations are available by adding a “US” suffix (see separate data sheet for 1N5614US thru 1N5622US). Microsemi also offers numerous other rectifier products to meet higher and lower current ratings with various recovery time speed requirements including fast and ultrafast device types in both through-hole and surface mount packages.
