SA5-19 Datasheet
This well established zener diode series for the 1N3016 thru 1N3051 JEDEC registration in the metal case DO-13 package provides a glass hermetic seal for 6.8 to 200 volts. It is also well suited for high-reliability applications where it is available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. Lower voltages are also available in the 1N3821 thru 1N3830 series (3.3 V to 7.5 V) in the same package (see separate data sheet). The 1N4678 thru 1N4717 series of 0.5 watt Zener Voltage Regulators provides a selection from 1.8 to 43 volts in standard 5% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These glass axial-leaded DO-7 Zeners also have an internal-metallurgical-bond similar to other military requirements for these packages. SA5-35 Datasheet
The popular 1N4728AG thru 1N4764AG glass body series of 1.0 watt Zeners provides voltage regulation in a selection from 3.3 to 100 volts in 5% tolerances with other tighter tolerances also available as identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These glass encapsulated Zeners with a G suffix provide hermetic-sealed qualities and higher rated temperature when required beyond that optionally provided in the same size DO-41 plastic-body (P suffix) for these JEDEC part numbers. Both of these package options are available by Microsemi including RoHS Compliant devices with an “e3” suffix. A variety of other Zener product offerings and packages are available by Microsemi to meet higher and lower power or test current applications.

SA5-37 Datasheet
This Zener Voltage Regulator series is military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/356 and is ideal for high-reliability applications where a failure cannot be tolerated. These industry-recognized 5 Watt Zener Voltage Regulators are hermetically sealed with voidless-glass construction using an internal metallurgical bond. It includes Zener selections from 3.3 to 390 volts in standard 5% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. They are also available in surface-mount packages (see separate data sheet for 1N4954US thru 1N4996US, 1N5968US thru 1N5969US, and 1N6632US thru 1N6637US). Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power ratings in both thru-hole and surface mount packages.

These glass axial-leaded DO-35 Zeners are also available with an internal-metallurgical-bond option by adding a “-1” suffix. This type of bonded Zener package construction is available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications to MIL-PRF-19500/437. The 3EZ3.9D5 thru 3EZ200D5 series of axial-leaded 3.0 watt Zeners provides voltage regulation selections with 5% tolerances from 3.9 to 200 volts in a DO-41 plastic package size. Other Zener voltage tolerances are also available by changing the suffix number to the tolerance desired such as 1, 2 3, or 4 for tighter tolerances or 10 for wider tolerance. These plastic encapsulated Zeners are also available in various military equivalent screening levels by adding a prefix identifier as also described in the Features section. They may be operated at high maximum dc currents or full power rating with adequate heat. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power applications.
