SD10A Datasheet
The 1N4099UR-1 thru 1N4135UR-1 and 1N4614UR-1 thru 1N4627UR-1 series of 0.5 watt glass surface mount DO-213AA Zener voltage regulators provides a selection from 1.8 to 100 volts in standard 5% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These have an internal-metallurgical-bond option as identified with the “-1” suffix. This type of internally bonded Zener package construction is also available in JAN, JANTX, and JANTXV military qualifications. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power applications.

The popular 1N957B thru 1N992B series of 0.5 watt Zener Voltage Regulators provides a selection from 6.8 to 200 volts in standard 5% or 10% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances identified by different suffix letters on the part number. These glass axial-leaded DO-35 Zeners are also optionally available with an internal-metallurgical-bond option by adding a “-1” suffix as well as RoHS Compliant by adding an “e3” suffix. Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power applications.

SD12A Datasheet
This surface mountable 1 watt Zener diode series is electrically equivalent to the 1N4728A thru 1N4764A registration in the DO-41 equivalent package except that it meets the JEDEC surface mount outline DO-213AB. It is an ideal selection for applications of high density and low parasitic requirements for voltage regulation. Standard voltage tolerance is +/- 5% with tighter tolerances available down to 1%. With its glass hermetic qualities, it may also be used for high reliability applications when required by a source control drawing (SCD).

SD13A Datasheet
This surface mountable zener diode series is similar to the lower voltage 1N3821 thru 1N3830 JEDEC registration except it is in a surface mount DO-213AB package outline. It is an ideal selection for applications of high density and low parasitic requirements. Due to its glass hermetic qualities and enhanced metallurgical bonded internal construction, it is also well suited for high reliability applications. This can be acquired by a source control drawing (SCD), or simply by ordering device types with a MQ, MX or MV prefix for equivalent screening to JAN, JANTX or JANTXV respectively.

SD14A Datasheet The 1N5913BPe3 – 5956BPe3 series of 1.5 watt Zeners provides voltage regulation in a selection from 3.3 to 200 volts with different tolerances available. These plastic encapsulated Zeners have moisture classification of Level 1 with no dry pack required. They are also available in various military equivalent screening levels for high reliability. The plastic molded Zeners with a P suffix provide a lower thermal resistance (junction to lead) compared to the optional glass body (G suffix) for these same JEDEC part numbers. Both package options are available by Microsemi. |
