RADECS 2017 on 10.02.2017 - 10.06.2017 at Loews Miami Beach Hotel
Description
Microsemi is proud to participate at the 2017 edition of IEEE's Radiation and its Effects on Components and Systems Conference (RADECS) Conference. Microsemi's Chief Engineer Dr Jih-Jong Wang will be presenting two sessions on October 4th 2017:
And Microsemi's Director of IC Engineering Mathieu Sureau will be presenting one session on October 4th 2017:
In its booth, Microsemi is presenting state of the art Rad-Tolerant FPGAs, space-grade Power Management, Space Crystal Oscillators and Mixed-signal devices including the Space System Managers for Telemetry and Motor/Position Control.

Microsemi will be at booth #3 on the RADECS 2017 exhibit area.
16:40: In-beam programming of radiation-hardened flash-based FPGA-RTG4
In-beam programming Flash-based FPGA RTG4 is performed. The acquired Weibull curve predicts very high programming-in-space successful rate. The cause of programming interruptions is identified by laser scanning to be registers upset in programming circuits.18:15: Combined x-ray and gamma ray testing to investigate the TID tolerange of RTG4 flip-chip Flash-Based FPGAs
X-ray testing on RTG4 flip-chip Flash-based FPGA to study the TID tolerance is investigated. Shielding is used to identify the most sensitive circuits. X-ray testing is complemented with gamma irradiation to understand RTG4’s TID limit. And Microsemi's Director of IC Engineering Mathieu Sureau will be presenting one session on October 4th 2017:
18:15: Radiation Hardness Testing on LX7730 Mixed Signal Telemetry Controller
TID, ELDRS and SEE characterizations test results on the first radiation hardened analog mixed-signal telemetry controller IC, the LX7730.In its booth, Microsemi is presenting state of the art Rad-Tolerant FPGAs, space-grade Power Management, Space Crystal Oscillators and Mixed-signal devices including the Space System Managers for Telemetry and Motor/Position Control.
