Microsemi is the inventor of PWM controllers, in the market since 1975 with the SG1524. Microsemi's radiation hardened PWM controller family for isolated applications includes products fit for Military-space applications.
Microsemi’s Space/Military radiation hardened PWM controllers operate from -55 to +125oC and are available in the following package options:
F: Flatpack, 20-pin,Ceramic
J: DIP, 16/18-pin, Ceramic
L: LCC, 20-pin, Ceramic
Y: DIP, 8-pin, Ceramic
The -883B, -DESC and -JAN suffixes indicate compliance with the 883B, DESC and JAN military/space standards respectively.
