Overview
Microsemi's integrated RF modules are based on advanced semiconductor (SiC, SiGe, GaAs, GaN, InP) and packaging technologies.Microsemi’s multi-function modules are made in Santa Clara, California and Lowell, Massachusetts for design, manufacture, assembly and test of RF, microwave and millimeter wave subassemblies up to 140 GHz. The facilities features a fully equipped Class 100,000 production floor with specific workstations maintained at better than Class 10,000 by the use of laminar air flow systems. Microsemi’s Quality Management System (QMS) in Camarillo is registered to ISO9001:2008/ AS9100:2009 Rev. C. It has been surveyed and approved by numerous prime contractors and U.S. Department of Defense. Microsemi processes and procedures also embody MIL-PRF-38534.
