Space-grade Linear Regulators and LDOs
Overview
Microsemi's Space-grade Linear Regulators and low dropout (LDO's) can be used in Aero-space, military and industrial applications. All products can operate from -55oC to +125oC.
Microsemi's positive linear voltage regulators products are fit for commercial, industrial, military and aerospace applications. The Space-rated Voltage Regulators support a Total Ionization Doze (TID) of up to 1000kRad.
The products can generate output voltages as low as 1.25V, at ongoing maximum currents of up to 1.5A. Both fixed and adjustable output voltage models are available, as well as dual linear regulators.
