Overview
LX7714 Radiation Hardened Quad Fault Tolerant Power Bus ControllerThe LX7714 is a Quad Fault Tolerant Power Bus Controller that protects the main bus and the load from faults at the load or internal to the device. The LX7714 provides a means to turn ON or OFF power to a DC load with current up to 2.5A or 1.2A depending on the actual
current rating. The LX7714 is a monolithic integrated circuit that includes a MOSFET switch that automatically opens the circuit in the event of an overload condition.

▪ Switches voltage up to 45 VDC
▪ Low switch voltage drop
▪ Self-resettable for protection from faults
▪ Hiccup mode to enable healing from shorts
▪ Efficient current sharing when paralleled
▪ Internal output voltage rise time control
▪ Differential TTL input On/Off control
▪ Power On, Off, and Hiccup Mode status
▪ Thermal shutdown for secondary protection
▪ Low resistance DIP power package
▪ Radiation Tolerant: 100krad TID, Single event immunity, ELDRS tested up to 50krad
