Overview
| NX7102 is a 340kHz fixed frequency, current mode, PWM synchronous buck (step-down) DC/DC converter, capable of driving a 3A load with high efficiency and excellent line and load regulation. The controller is equipped with output over-voltage protection which protects the IC under an open load condition. Additional safety features include under voltage lock-out(UVLO), programmable soft-start and over-temperature protection (OTP). This IC is available in an SOIC-8 exposed pad package.
