The NX4108-12 is a current mode PWM buck switcher with internal compensation and fixed 1.2V output voltage, can provide up to 1A output current with FET on board. It operates from 2.8V to 5.5V which is ideal for the application with single cell Li-Ion battery as well as other 3.3V input bus supply applications. Switching frequency is fixed 1MHz, small surface mount inductors and capacitors are allowed to use, make it good for portable applications.
NX4108-12 is available in 5-pin SOT23 package.

This 1N4460 thru 1N4496 and 1N6485 thru 1N6491 Zener voltage regulator series is military qualified to MIL-PRF-19500/406 and is ideal for high-reliability applications where a failure cannot be tolerated.  These industry-recognized 1.5 watt Zener voltage regulators are hermetically sealed with void-less glass construction using an internal metallurgical bond.  It includes Zener selections from 3.3 to 200 volts in standard 5% tolerances as well as tighter tolerances.  Commercial grade RoHS compliant parts are also available with the "e3" suffix.  Microsemi also offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower power ratings in both thru-hole and surface mount packages.
