ASPM Concept: Your Circuit in a Module

Microsemi's Power Modules makes it easy to tailor a module solution to meet your specific requirements. You can choose a semi-custom solution based on a standard power module. Changes from a standard module may include: choice of substrate material, base plate material, power semiconductors, plastic lids, different terminals, and custom markings; all with no redesign costs. Lead times are typically very short because the piece parts are stocked items.
